The Titans and concessionaires are still working out details of their new contracts, according to the Tennessean, but have already begun providing service at Nissan Stadium.

“We think both of these organizations will take us to a new level of service that we demand, not only for ourselves, but for the people who are in our building. The fan experience is of critical importance to us, and that includes food and beverage,” Titans President/CEO Steve Underwood told the Metro Sports Authority that oversees the stadium, the Tennessean reported.

“We’ve made that change. We did unfortunately have to go through a brief lawsuit to get that done, but that’s behind us now. We’re moving forward and we’re looking forward.”

Aramark filed suit against the Titans March 31 challenging the termination of its contract with the Titans and seeking an injunction that would allow it to continue providing F&B services at Nissan Stadium.

The request was denied and the Titans ultimately paid Aramark $7.2 million to terminate the contract.
